Marchesi crane M20RS mounted on Gervasi Ecologica tipper semitrailer COBRA KR. This is the ideal solution for the collection, handling, transport, and recycling of metal scrap.

This installation has several advantages and interesting features, as Gervasi Ecologica highlights in the video.

STATIONARY CRANE ON A FIREWOOD PROCESSOR IN SWITZERLAND

This stationary crane displayed in the pictures is a special project born from the collaboration between Marchesi Gru and the Partner Von Atzigen AG, a Swiss bodybuilder specialized in custom forestry equipment installations.

Von Atzingen AG chose Marchesi cranes’ reliability and robustness for the realization of a stationary crane installed on a firewood processor.

The crane has been working from June 2020 for Jenni Holz AG, a company active since 1997 in the sale and processing of firewood in the canton of Basel, Switzerland.

Marchesi custom cranes are personalized solutions realized by working closely with our Partners, as for Von Atzigen AG

Examples of customization are stationary cranes or cranes for baler installation, particularly suitable for industrial applications where maximum performance and long life continuous cycle are required.

The truck-mounted cranes for Ecology and Scrap Metal ♻️ M17RT 02.100, M15RT 02.100, M27T 02.93 are traveling across the South of the Equator to Argentina.

The cranes will be working for Prensadora Quilmes, an Argentinian company active since 1971 in the production of cold-compacted ferrous and non-ferrous raw materials.

The company has been a Marchesi customer since 2018 and nowadays counts 7 Marchesi truck-mounted cranes working in its plant.

Can you spot the 3 common details of these two cranes’ installations?

We are glad to introduce you to these two beautiful ‘twin’ cranes’ installations. What do they have in common and what distinguishes them?

✅ Guimatrag srl, a company that has been involved for more than 40 years in the development and outfitting of hook lift equipment in Italy, made both the installations.
✅Both versions feature Marchesi loaders for Ecology and Scrap metals belonging to the RT series: M10RT 01.70 (green crane) and M12RT 01.87 (red crane).
✅ Both cranes, foldable in Z, keep the attachment connected in a resting position, ensuring great compactness during the transport.

❌Thanks to the different colors you recognize the cranes at a glance!
❌The total reach is 7m for the green crane, 8.7m for the red crane.
❌ They are positioned opposite to each other.

In this picture, the M12Z 02.85 Timber loader, foldable in Z in a transport position, is mounted on a demountable platform with timber bunks on a Mercedes Actros 3335, 6×6′ truck. The timber loader is now working in the on and off-road timber logs transportation sector.

What is the advantage of this mounting? Thanks to the demountable platform, the loader can be quickly and easily dismounted to lighten the vehicle and gain more payload.

Truck-mounted crane on tipper semi-trailer

We introduce you to the brand-new truck-mounted crane with a tipper semi-trailer. Gervasi Ecologica – a company specialized in steel semi-trailers construction based in Piedmont, Italy – realized the crane mounting.

The crane M20RS 01.113 is installed on a SCANIA truck and a Maxi Tiger tipper semi-trailer by Gervasi Ecologica. This crane model belongs to the not foldable Marchesi RS series for Ecology and Recycling applications.

The RS series stands out for its strength and power, features that make all the cranes in this series a long-lasting investment for the customer. Another distinctive trait of the RS series is the outstanding hook clearance. These are among the most appreciated technical characteristics by our customers since they allow the operator to maximize the amount of material loaded inside the trailer or container, loading very high and close to the column. The second boom of the crane can in fact reach the minimum distance of 10000 mm from the column and 3830 mm in height.

The advantageous performances of the M20RS 01.113 crane for Ecology and Recycling applications are boosted by Maxi Tiger, the tipper semi-trailer by Gervasi Ecologica. You can find more information about the semi-trailer characteristics clicking here.

Another advantage of this truck-mounted crane configuration is the semi-trailer with brushes. As already pointed out in this article, the brushes protect the crane while in resting position inside the semitrailer, ensuring a safer journey to the material collected inside it. A detail that makes all the difference for the mounting of a not foldable crane for the Ecology and Scrap sector.

We introduce you to the latest truck-mounted crane installation realized by Carnovali SPA with a Marchesi loader for Scrap Metal and Recycling applications.

The truck-mounting was realized with the Marchesi M12 F 11.82 truck loader on a Renault truck, a hook-lift system, and a Carnovali container.
