The Ecology and Recycling crane M15RT 02.100 is working in Spain for Gabriel Martinez Fernandez, a company specialized in the collection and transport of scrap metal material and ecological waste.

Equipped with a double extension on the second boom, the crane reaches a total extension of 10m. The loader belongs to the RT series, the ideal range to maintain all the advantages of a foldable recycling loader.

Let’s kick off the week with the installation realized by Nord Est Allestimenti srl for Bielle Metalli, an Italian company specialized in ferrous and non-ferrous materials collection.

We are talking about the M12Z 02.92 Marchesi crane for Ecology and Recycling mounted on a VOLVO FM 460 vehicle and a Guima BG 26 demountable equipment by Guimatrag srl.

The Marchesi crane M12R 11.77 mounted on a container with brushes is the ideal equipment for the Recycling sector!

Here below some pictures of the container with brushes installed by Guimatrag, an Italian bodybuilder based in Reggio Emilia.

The container with brushes ensures a safer trip for the loader and the materials collected inside the container. With an extension of 4,8 m in a transport position, the M12R 11.77 loader is the perfect fit for a standard container of 6,2 m length.

An additional advantage of the R series loaders is M-EXTRA, allowing great flexibility during work and better loading capacity in height. With the first telescopic boom, the crane’s total outreach is of 7.7 m.

Pellegrini bodybuilder sent us the pictures of the last crane delivered, the M12R 11.77. This is the best selling crane among the Marchesi range of loaders for Ecology and Recycling.

In these pictures you can see it mounted on an IVECO Stralis X-Way 410.

Thanks to Luca Pellegrini from Pellegrini Allestimenti, an Italian bodybuilder from Pisa, for his work and for having guaranteed the delivery in this delicate moment for Italy.

The crane is now working for RTR Srl, an Italian company based in La Spezia, specialized in the collection, transport, and disposal of industrial waste.

This model belongs to the Marchesi RS series, not foldable, that offers a wide range of recycling crane models available in L-Type.

To boost up the crane performance, we installed two special features: the M-Power and  M-Control.

The innovative M-Power system allows the crane to push and squeeze the load through the polyp grapple, with a compacting strength equal to 90% of lifting capacity. In the pictures below, you can see a Marchesi Recycling crane M15RT 02.80 mounted on a SCANIA R520 from Scania Group.

The pictures come from Baruffi Rottami, Marchesi client from Gazzuolo, Mantova, IT. For 27 years Baruffi has been loyal to Marchesi Recycling cranes for scrap metal collection and pick-up. Baruffi’s first purchase is dated back to 1993 with a 65000 model of Marchesi crane.

In these photos, you can see the loader during different phases of its daily work operations.

In the first two photos, the crane is grabbing a huge amount of ferrous scrap thanks to the powerful gripping attachment, the polyp grapple.

In the third photo, the loader, in a rest position, has been folded and demounted with the container. The crane can be dismounted quickly to lighten the truck and thus gain more payload.
