AJ is the new series from Marchesi Gru, designed to take heavy-duty grabbing and handling work to the next level. Robustness, precision, control and reliability come together in a system designed for those looking for a powerful crane that is smooth to drive and easy to maintain.

At the heart of the design is our mechanical know-how, combined with exclusive components such as the innovative M-Boost system with tertiary connecting rods, specifically developed to maximise heavy-duty performance, enhancing power, reliability and resistance and improving load curves. The large double ball crown slewing ring with internal gear and the gear motor with planetary reduction make the AJ series even stronger.

The AJ+ version features a double telescopic extension that increases the outreach by 11%, reaching up to 10m of operating range. Extended performance, solid construction and easy maintenance.

AJ & AJ+ are also available in the ‘Black Widow’ version, a variant developed specifically for the railway maintenance sector, with dedicated equipment.

MAIN FEATURES

HOOK CLEARANCE

Load capacity under the crane column, maximising the amount of material transported.

CHAIN SYSTEM

The chain pull-out mechanism is specially designed to ensure maximum crane speed while minimising the temperature of the hydraulic system.

LINKAGE

The rod system, featured on folding crane models starting from 10 tonnes/metre, ensures constant load force throughout the working area.

HIGH CONTROLS

Our comfortable seats are available in both rear and side configurations with the following options: in-line levers, levers and pedals or servo-hydraulic joysticks. On request, we can supply our crane stations with hydraulic ascent and descent (telescopic seat).

COMFORT PACK

We combine convenient driving elements for the operator in a single control console, such as the ability to control the engine (on/off and RPM +/-) and the truck’s audible warning device. The package also includes a heated seat that can be conveniently controlled from the console.

Another crane solution for your loader: the connection with the rotor and the tool is protected inside the arm.
